The explosive shift in the market place from carpet to more durable tile and grout, natural stone and other hard wearing surfaces lead Steve Poole to develop a cleaning system to both clean and sanitise these new hard surfaces.

By combining patented equipment from around the world a system utilising emulsification, heat, pressure and vacuum created the most sensational way to clean these new hard surfaces. However the drawback with the truck mount equipment available was its primary use in life was to clean carpets. Hard surface cleaning, unlike carpet cleaning, required large volumes of water at very high temperatures delivered at higher pressures.

Unable to find the perfect machine Steve decided to create his own by teaming up with John Elmore a Design Engineer, with over 20 years experience. Huge Research and Development costs created the most compact truck mount machine on the market. This machine is capable of delivering huge volumes of water at a very high combined heat and pressure.

Suddenly the market place opened – the equipment which now delivered huge temperatures was capable of sanitation.

Its ability to deliver large volumes of water at high pressure means it can remove graffiti, pressure clean patios and driveways and a multitude of tasks. By combining these attributes with really intelligent chemicals and solutions from around the world Intelligent Surface Solutions was created.

These new cleaning systems created the most wonderful business opportunity. Combined with education and support a new business potentially capable of carrying out work in every private and commercial property in the country was developed.
